Job Purpose
Reporting to the Partner Integration Manager, the role of the Partner Integration Specialist is to assist with coordinating the development and implementation of technical partner integration solutions within the API suite inline with the partner integration roadmap.
Under the guidance of the Partner Integration Manager, the Partner Integration Specialist will ensure that the API testing plan is followed by partners diligently. They will be accountable for ensuring the Partner Integration Manager is up to date and aware of all technical issues partners may be experiencing during the testing phase and post-go-live and ensure that those are documented on the project plan. They will assist the Partner Integration Manager and work with the Technical Operations Integration Team monitoring beta retailers to ensure the accuracy of the integration and prompt troubleshooting of any potential issues.
The Partner Integration Specialist will support the Partner Integration Manager with external meetings at various stages of the partner integration process and assist with action points as needed.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Partner Integration Manager with the integration of new integration partners and existing partners completing a technology improvement project.
Assist with the migration of retailers following a technology improvement.
Provide support to partners with queries during the integration phase through various channels such as Email, calls, or WeChat.
Ensure projects progress inline with the Partner Integration Manager’s delivery timescales and roadmap.
Work with the sales function to ensure they are aware of the capabilities of each integration to establish clear communication to perspective retailers.
Support live partners with technical support and troubleshoot related problems through various channels such as Email, calls, or WeChat.
Assist with the reporting of bugs and enhancements in Jira for Engineering/Product.
Work with the wider Technical Operations team, as well as other departments as required.
Ensure all relevant partner integration technical documentation is correct and up to date.
Represent Technical Operations from a partner perspective at internal and external meetings.
Collaborate with CN local teams to identify and approach new integration partners.
Requirements
Experience in the following is essential:
E-commerce or technology background
Experience and understanding of integration technologies such as REST APIs, JSON, XML, and other related technologies
Basic knowledge of SQL
Understanding of e-commerce platform operations
Personal Attributes
Good level of e-commerce or technology background.
Excellent level of data creation, transfer, manipulation and management.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operations and varied scenarios.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
