Fruugo allows working remotely and flexibly which supports people to accommodate work alongside their other commitments. I'm incredibly passionate about my current role as Scrum Master at Fruugo, as only 30% of all Scrum Masters are women, and I am excited about continuing to hire more women into the team.

Working for Fruugo has provided me with a great number of opportunities to further my own development with the continued support of my team. This has allowed me to progress in the company into a Team Leader position and I look forward to helping my own team achieve their goals within the company.

I have been part of the Fruugo team for 21 years and Fruugo has supported me in balancing motherhood with my position in the Senior Management Team, setting the right work-life balance that feels compatible with a young family. I'm now fully home-based which is flexible and way more productive.

It has been more than two years at Fruugo now and it fills me with pride to see how much I've grown. Fruugo always supported me with genuine kindness. Home based role is absolutely brilliant way of maintaining work-life balance and I am experiencing it with Fruugo. As a mother I am delighted to be part of such a wonderful team!!
